Of waking up early and staying awake!!

Aw!!! already 5am......it still looks like midnight outside. Others are sleeping so blissfully. No switching on lights, dont want to disturb others. Yeah, groping in darkness. Handwash, toothbrush and face wash. Change into yoga clothes (trackpants and tshirt). Bag kept ready the previous evening.
5.45am: Walking the dark corridor. Down the winding staircase, fortunately lit. The ground floor, the gates are shut....wait, no lock!!! push the sliding iron gates aside (exercise already started ;-). Walked out into the main foyer. What!! again sliding iron gates....and locked too. Phew!! the security guard is around, maybe he has the keys. Excuse me, security sir, can you please open the gates?? Surprise!!! (from him). NO!! the gates can open only at 6am. #X$@.
Please, I have to go to yoga classes. Where? (from him). Marine Drive. Okay, opening the gates today....take permission from the warden later, right?? Yes sir, securityman :)
Bus Stop right outside the hostel.....hmmm.....only two busses passing from here to ???? dont know where.....
Walking to Churchgate station. People sleeping yet again, on the pavement. Ha!!! entrepreneurship......chaiwallas with kettle with steaming hot chai and bun and maska.....fisherwomen, shift workers, enjoying their first cup of tea.....slurrrppppp, what relish!!
06:08am train, yes very good. Climbed into the train.....no passengers!!! Train moved, cool breeze......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......oops!! almost missed Charni Road station. Its getting brighter now.
Reached destination well before time :D
Session started. Sit erect, close your eyes. Pay attention to your breathing. Pay attention to your body. Travel internally from the top of your head to your toes. Be aware of changes you feel in your body. Ah!! such soothing voice.....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

I seriously dont understand why the hell they have to keep yoga classes at such unearthly hour. I'm sure this is a gimmick to make yoga seem like some amazing 'experience' Of course it will be if you are half asleep!

Once upon a time there was a Blog called "Bhallasinsights". It was maintained by someone called Bhalla, and this person used to update her blog regularly at first, then sporadically. Now the situation is where i have visited the blog about 4 times and havent found anything new. I wonder if Bhalla is out there, still. I wonder...

@Chrys: ha ha....yoga is best when its done in the morning, and once you get used to it, it is really amazing....the only catch is getting used to it ;-)

@Anonymous aka Dim? he he....yeah, Bhalla is still around only her bosses have started working now and hence she too has to work ;-) but surely, she will try to keep up with her posts now.
